About the Pinehurst Store

Refunds/Exchanges by Mail:

1. In order to return / exchange an item through the mail, please send items to the following address:

2. Please include a letter that contains the following:
   • Name
     
   • Address
     
   • Telephone number where you can be reached during the day
   • Indication of whether this will be a return or exchange
   • Original sales receipt (For items returned without a sales receipt, only exchanges will be allowed. See below for details on exchanges without a receipt)
     
     
3. Special Events tickets purchased through this website are strictly non-refundable. Otherwise, refunds are available for 30 days after the date of purchase. Items must be returned with a sales receipt in order to obtain a refund.
4. Refunds are only issued to the customer in the same method as the item was purchased. On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
5. Customers without a receipt have the option of exchanging the item. We will only credit the amount at which the item is currently selling. The customer will pay the difference between the items returned and items purchased.
6. Our Mail Order Coordinator will contact you regarding your refund/exchange if there are any questions.

In Store Refunds/Exchanges:

Shipping and Delivery Schedule (Saturday Shipping Option):

Orders are only shipped during the regular business week (Monday through Friday) except for national holidays. Orders received after 3 p.m. on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, are classified as “weekend orders.” Weekend orders are processed on the next business day, which is typically the following Monday, except for holidays. Accordingly, weekend orders that specify overnight shipping will typically go out for arrival on Tuesday, and second-day shipping typically arrives Wednesday.

Out of Stock Items:

Despite our best efforts, we occasionally encounter a situation where an item shown as available on our website will be sold before we are able to update our inventory. In these rare instances, it is possible that your order could be delayed. If this happens, we will contact you immediately so you can decide if you wish to back-order and wait for your selection or change it for another color, style or separate item. You also have the option of canceling your order without penalty if you so desire.

International Orders:

International orders (including Canada) require special handling and Customs declarations; shipping charges must be quoted on a case-by-case basis. International orders are also subject to delays resulting from payment verification and shipping security requirements. Because of these issues, we do not accept on-line orders for international destinations. International customers may contact us directly at:
